Hi, I'm Travis Thompson, Ph.D.
Co-Founder of WyldFig
I've spent the last 25 years of my career helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve personal and professional goals. My expertise is assisting others to unlock the patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior that improve their performance and well-being. In other words, I help people learn how to be successful and happy.
My education includes a BS in Computer Information Systems, an MBA with an emphasis on quality and process improvement, and a PhD in Psychology specializing in industrial and organizational psychology. My educational background has allowed me to work with small businesses, academic institutions, and large corporations across multiple functional areas: volunteer organizations, sales, customer service, technology, manufacturing, call center operations, human resources, learning and development, and talent development.Â
Additionally, I am certified in a variety of tools/assessments, such as personality type assessments (MBTI), behavioral assessments (DISC and iConnect), emotional intelligence (EQi 2.0 and MSCEIT), thinking style (HBDI), leadership effectiveness (SLII, LBAII), learning architecture (Brinkerhoff), and process improvement (Six Sigma Blackbelt). Each of these frameworks has helped me better appreciate and value the uniqueness of every individual.
Outside of my professional life, I am a husband, a father of four (three girls and a boy), a musician, an athlete, a youth sports coach, an amateur cook, and a lifelong learner.Â
Hi, I'm Jacque McCormack, MSLOD PCC
Co-Founder of WyldFig
With almost fifteen years as a performance and ICF-certified executive coach and consultant, I bring extensive skill and experience to the development conversation from years of partnering with corporate and nonprofit executive leadership teams and successfully coaching high-performing individuals. I am passionate about bringing insight and practical application techniques into how our brains are wired to create patterns, how we can develop self-mastery to recreate those patterns, and ultimately guide clients to create personal resilience, emotional intelligence, and relationship building for lasting stability, strength, and peace. I possess specific performance development expertise through focused, deep coaching engagements, positive psychology, appreciative inquiry and cognitive coaching, behavior, value, and EQ analysis.
I graduated with a BS in Human Services in 2004 and completed my Master's in Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Texas at Dallas. In addition, I received my executive coaching certification through the Jindall School of Executive Management, achieved the PCC designation from ICF, hold the esteemed TTI Success Insights certifications in DISC, Driving Forces & EQ, and am a certified MHS EQi 2.0 practitioner. I am also an active member of the International Coach Federation and Human Capital Institute and founder of Hudson Group Consulting, my private consulting practice.
When I’m not focused on developing clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three teenage sons, and my two very spoiled pugs. I spend a lot of time at football and baseball fields, and cherish every second of it. I also love to cook – trying Pinterest recipes on my unsuspecting family regularly, and try to escape to the beach as often as my busy schedule will allow.
